Founder
Chris has built his career across the tertiary education sector, working at the intersection of universities, industry, workforce capability and strategic growth. He has worked with institutions across Australia, as well as in the US and UK, giving him a broad perspective on the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping higher education and lifelong learning.
Having worked both within and alongside universities, Chris understands what these challenges look like from the inside. He is known for combining strategic thinking with the operational experience of someone who has actually delivered in complex environments.
Through CJR Advisory, Chris works with universities, TAFEs and education organisations navigating a period of genuine structural change. He is particularly interested in the connections between education, workforce demand and the communities institutions serve, and in helping organisations turn ambitious commitments into real outcomes.

Over the past 15 years, Aaron has led academic services, faculty training, and teaching and learning operations across Australia, the UK, and the US. Aaron has overseen global academic teams in online program management, built professional development academies for academics, and designed AI-enabled services that make higher education more human, not less.

Her strength lies in uncovering and solving critical customer and business challenges through the thoughtful inquiry of data, insights and customer feedback; and then translating this into clear, actionable strategies that resonate across cross-functional teams. Whether it's redesigning key customer touchpoints, mapping a customer journey or reimagining the entire lifecycle, she brings a balance of strategic thinking and commercial acumen to drive meaningful and measurable results.
